The sales process for all units is now underway!
Please be sure to let us know if you are working with a real estate agent when you first speak with us so that we can be sure to include your agent in all relevant conversations to your purchase.
A deposit of 5% of sales price is due at time of contract. At 60 days, a second deposit of 5% will be due. Once the drywall phase of construction is complete, a 10% deposit will be due.
